Project Overview
When I started working on the Aesthetics by Stephie website, the main goal was to create an online space that felt just as calm, professional, and welcoming as her actual studio. The fun challenge was to fit everything—her story, all her wonderful services, and an easy way to book—into one simple, elegant page. I wanted to create a smooth and easy path for visitors, making it simple to go from just looking to booking an appointment without any hassle.
Strategic Approach & Design Philosophy
Capturing the Calm: I really wanted the website to feel like a deep, relaxing breath. We went with a clean, minimalist design that reflects the brand's simple elegance. Using lots of calming white space, a soft color palette, and beautiful fonts, we created a look that feels trustworthy and high-end, just like Stephie's services.
Telling a Story: We decided a one-page site was the perfect fit. It tells a story, guiding visitors naturally from a warm welcome to the list of services, and finally, to a "Book Now" button they can't miss. This way, the experience is straightforward and pleasant, and nothing gets in the way of someone deciding to book their treatment.
Key Features & Technical Implementation
Custom One-Page WordPress Development: I developed a fully responsive and visually engaging one-page website using WordPress. The site is optimized for performance and provides a flawless viewing experience across all devices, from desktops to mobile phones, ensuring accessibility for all potential clients.
Seamless Square Appointments Integration: To empower the client and streamline their business operations, I integrated the Square Appointments system directly into the site. This feature allows visitors to view real-time service availability and book their appointments 24/7 without leaving the website, providing ultimate convenience for the user and automating the booking process for the owner.
User-Centric Navigation & Interface: Every element was designed with the end-user in mind. Clear calls-to-action, logically ordered content, and an intuitive layout ensure that visitors can find information and complete their goal (booking a service) effortlessly, fostering a positive and professional first impression of the brand.

What we ended up with is a gorgeous website that does a lot of heavy lifting for the business. It’s like having a friendly receptionist who works around the clock! The site truly captures the peaceful vibe of her studio and gives her a professional tool that helps her business grow and run smoothly every single day.
